○    Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
○    Use the App to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
○    Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or Services.
○    Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or Services.
○    Use any automated means, such as scripts or bots, to access or use the App.
●    Prohibited Use: You are prohibited from:
○    Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
○    Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.
○    Collecting or using any personally identifiable information about other users without their consent.
○    Using the App to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation.
3. Ordering and Delivery
●    Order Placement: When placing an order through the App, you must provide accurate and complete information.

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.  
8. Limitation of Liability
